Be with the College team from 8th - 10th of March
The 30th “Battle of the Rocks” encounter between arch rivals Maliyadeva College, Kurunegala and St. Anne’s College, Kurunegala will be played on March 8 and 9 at the Welagedara Stadium. Play will commence at 10.00 a.m. on both days.
The 18th limited over game will be played on March 10 at the same venue starting at 10.30 a.m.

Janith Perera an elegant stroke maker and opener of the team has scored 550 runs for this season including four half centuries. Shehan Coorey and Mohamed Afshal are third year players who have done well for the team.
Fast hitting batsman Malshan Perera, a third year player has scored 350 runs in this season.
Gayus Kumarasinghe, third year player adds extra energy to the St. Anne’s team as a talented left arm spinner having taken 35 wickets this season.
Amith Jayarathna, third year opening batsman is the vice captain. He has scored over 400 runs. He adds extra confidence to St. Anne’s.
All rounder and third year player Vikum Darshana leads the St. Anne’s team this year. The left hand attacking batsman has scored over 500 runs with a top score of 67 runs against St. Maris, Kegalle.

St. Anne's College, Kurunegala recorded fourth outright win against St. Mary's College, Kegalle in their division one cricket tournament match played at Ambepussa Army grounds last weekend.
Amith Perera's 60 runs and Amith Lakshan's 57 runs helped Annites easy win over Mariyans.

St. Anne’s College Kurunegala crushed St. Thomas College Kotte by an innings and 34 runs in their interschool under 19 cricket tournament match concluded at Ambepussa on Thursday.
In reply to St. Anne’s first innings total of 204 St. Thomas made only 102 in 37.3 overs. Following on they were bowled out for 68 runs This was Annites second victory for the season. Earlier they defeated Sri Devananda College Ambalangoda by 10 wickets.
